Reactions On Sushant Singh Rajput’s Death

Mumbai: MS Dhoni The Untold Story fame, Sushant Singh Rajput found dead at his house at Bandra in Mumbai on Sunday. His death shocked the Bollywood. Many celebrities reacted on his death on twitter. It was like no one believe that he is no more with us.

Sushant Rajput’s spokesman has stated, “It pains us to share that Sushant Singh Rajput is no longer with us. We request his fans to keep him in their thoughts and celebrate his life and his work as they have done so far. We request the media to help us maintain privacy at this moment of grief.”

Nitesh Tiwari had directed him in the film, Chhichhore and he said, “I am too shocked and numbed to say anything. I saw the news on TV and then reached out to a few people. And I don’t know. He was like a young brother to me. We exchanged a few messages a week ago, and I got no such hint that he was not feeling well. I had no idea about his battle with depression. Had I known, I would have been the first person to reach out to him. I always treated him like a younger brother. It’s a huge shock for each one of us.”

Ranveer Shorey has twitted “It wouldn’t be fair to blame someone for a step that he took himself. He was playing a high stakes game, where it’s win or lose it all. But something has to be said about the self appointed ‘gatekeepers of Bollywood”.

Raveena Tandon also prayed for him and shared an old photo with him on her Instagram account.

Chandan Roy Sanyal wrote in a twitter post, “I hope audience and society look at actors beyond flesh from here on . Like James Dean says “Being an actor is the loneliest thing in the world. You are all alone with your concentration and imagination, and that’s all you have.” Be kind to us we are not superhuman.Thank You”

Net Flix also paid tribute to Sushant.

“Young actors are shaken, including me. In a manner and degree that is a little unexpected and unexplained. I can feel it in my bones and flesh, I have seen it in the eyes of the few people I have seen since yesterday, I have heard it in the voices of friends I have spoken to,” Amol Parashar wrote.

“Honestly lost for words since yesterday. Your Good deeds in silence have ensured that u will b remembered forever. U r a blessed soul. At a young age, u made a mark in an industry that millions only dream of. It is not easy to have achieved what u did. But YOU DID,” Neil Nitin Mukesh twited. Further he added,”Such a great talent. My condolences with your family, loved ones and all those fans who loved you and will remember you for all eternity. You not only immortalised yourself with great performances but etched a place in everyone’s heart with your sensitivity.”
